The quote was very competitive and the appointment arranged quickly. While they were here I asked about another job and they were able to do it immediately.

Adam was great, really reliable and quick to do the job. He provided a certificate with a 10 year guarantee and showed pictures of other small things that could be repaired at the same for just a little more budget whilst he was up on the roof. Very happy with the communication and speed of work.

Some roof tiles blew off. AJ Lofts fixed them in a fast, friendly and efficient manner. Conscientious and courteous, I'm sure that I will find an opportunity to use their services again!
“BEWARE OF AJ LOFT ROOMS ROOFING LTD”
I have never come across worst tradesmen than this company. I am appalled by the manner in which they conducted the works. To highlight: 1. They carried out less than 1/3 of the work that was mentioned in their quote. When I pointed this out Adam of AJ loft rooms was dismissive and aggressive and took the full money for the works. 2. They left boot marks of concrete all over my neighbors adjoining flat roof and my flat roof skylight (which cannot be cleaned). Neighbours have complained and said that if they have leaks then we will have to address it. 3. They have left boot marks of roof paint on my new patio tiles and room wooden flooring which they used to access. Adam said that he would clean it, threw petrol over the tiles, but the marks did not go. Left petrol all over the patio and left. The marks still remain. 4. The leaks for which I had got quotes still remain after having paid 2000 pounds to the company. I have photos for all of the above. Beware of this company.
